Can all players are turning up in consistent (same) uniforms i.e. same socks etc

All A1 men and women players will be undertaking an umpire exam in the near future, details to follow

Reminder that there is to be no jewellery worn on the fields

THA is organising a umpire pack which will be handed out to selected junior umpires as an incentive

Can Manager please check your team lists to ensure all players are playing and have paid fees, notify Sean if you have any players that require to be deregistered

President Cup day has been cancelled - it is intended that all president cup teams will play the game the next time they meet - notification will be given when these games will be held.

Men's team came 4th behind Cairns, Brisbane and Townsville in Murwillumbah

Field Requirements

There have been some new requirements before teams take the field either water or sand.

These are for both male and female players and for all games and training

1. No jewellry, bobbie pins, hard hat/caps, or hard headbands to be worn at training or the game.
2. Correct club uniform needs to be worn to all games - club shorts (Not boardshorts etc) skirts for women and socks
3. Shoes must be correct. Must have rubber or soft cleats. They must not be all green or all white. There is a picture in the Match directors office if not sure. Any player without correct shoes will not be allowed to play. If unsure you can also check at the hockey shop
4. Please ensure only the players taking the field are put on the cards and that their shirt numbers and what grade they are registered are written on the cards. As players take the field let the MD know and they will put them on the cards.particulally in A1, A2 and U18
5. Players are to curtail their language - no swearing at the umpire or players. They will be sent off

THA Working Bee

It is that time of year when we are all getting prepared for the new hockey season. Before we can get started we need to clean up our playing fields ensuring that the grounds are safe and ready to play on. THA is asking everyone who is involved with Hockey, friends and family to come along to our working bee. We would appreciate everyone to come along to the Hockey Club and help clean up our grass fields, clearing away rocks, sticks etc.

Time: 10am
